During my recent search for mooncakes for my family.


😱What caught my attention most was the difference in pricing, with some boxes priced at $25 and others at $70 to $100 with Nice Packaging. 

 

🤔This got me thinking about “ HOME For SALE”……………

 

 

Often, sellers  neglect  ❌❌❌ the importance of  'HOME MAKEOVER” or ' repackaging' their property. 

 

Most owners feel  proud  of their homes  without  making much effort to enhance their condition before putting their houses For Sale.

 

I can total understand as I am a home owner myself too. 

This is why I am consistently shocked 🫣 when I step into homes that are putting up FOR SALE in this condition. 

I recall a viewing above I attended with a potential buyer, the unit was left with yellowish walls, sticky floors in the kitchen, and a less-than-ideal condition in the bathroom, semi-dry dark foot step stain especially with Stains appearing as discolored patches  🤢😵‍💫 or streaks line inside toilet bowl while seat cover was left open.
